The Speaker

Rosihan Juara Baharuddin

Juara is currently the managing director of Pustaka Cipta Sdn Bhd, a publishing house that has been established for more than 35 years, the co-founder of neOOne Associates Sdn Bhd, a human potential solutions provider and Social Enterprise Academy; an L&D provider for the Social Enterprise sector. He includes publishing, curriculum design, Train The Trainer, Design Thinking, coaching and graphic facilitation as his area of interest and competency.

Juara’s passion for people development started in 2000. He started as an assistant facilitator to numerous AsiaWorks public and corporate training from 2000-2013. He proved his credibility in training when he was selected by AsiaWorks to be the Trainer for PLKN TTTs and a coach for Senior Managers, Petronas LEAP program. He also had experience in coaching regional heads of Bank Rakyat and the senior management team of Bank Simpanan Nasional. His passion for working with youth has taken him beyond the shores of Malaysia to other countries such as Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Scotland.

Some of the notable work he has done that involves implementing a coaching program or coaching culture in organisations are Lafarge Cement, Dutch Lady, SME Bank, Bank Rakyat, BSN, MBO, Lembaga Zakat Selangor, DRB-Hicom, Pos Malaysia, ELK-Desa and JLKN.

Juara is very passionate about developing and coaching trainers and facilitators achieve great performance. To date, he has trained more than 4,500 trainers and facilitators.
